Kick off your creative weekend of workshops with a festive Friday night social hosted by artist Robert Mahar and Cindy Winter of Paper Crown! We’re going to pack a whole lot of fun into two hours: a make & take project + delicious light refreshments and drinks + hang out with your favorite Paper Crown pals + listen to great music + shop the store after hours!
Robert will have stations set up for you to create a charming snow folk ornament that can double as an essential oil diffuser! Snowballs crafted from felted wool, glass bead coal, wool felt scarves, pom pom earmuffs and the cutest tiny knit hats - come together to create an adorable pal, guaranteed not to melt! Consider the optional addition of an essential oil (like winter citrus, deep forest pine or icy peppermint - we’ll have them all!) to evoke the holidays. This will be a nicely organized but largely self-directed project - allowing you to make, snack and socialize at a leisurely pace.
